Silk hankies mawata - this is the finest silk produced by stretching silk cocoons on a special frame in the form of a square. The handkerchiefs can be divided into layers (12 layers in 10 grams). The layout of the scarves is varied. Silk itself does not roll, it is used in combination with various types of wool in the techniques of wet felting and nuno-felting. Apply this decoration in the manufacture of hats, scarves, sneakers, clothes, lamps, etc.
Silk handkerchiefs made of unadorned silk create a unique effect of a transparent spider web (the effect of marble). Beautifully shines in the sun and the light of the lamps.
